Eva Donlan, M.Ed

2/3 Teacher

Eva is excited to be joining the 2-3 teaching team at Birches! She holds a BA from the University of Vermont and a Master of Education from Lesley University. Before coming to Birches, she was a Head Teacher at Cambridge-Ellis School and an Apprentice Teacher at Shady Hill School. Inspired by her training with Outward Bound and her work with the Appalachian Mountain Club, Eva believes that children learn best through movement, exploration, and time outdoors. She loves creating authentic learning experiences that cultivate joy, wonder, and confidence. Outside of school, she enjoys backpacking (especially in the Alps), training for marathons, and backcountry skiing.
