A week about cultures near and far with a focus on Japan! We will make vegetarian sushi and other yummy Japanese treats. We will also build rock gardens, try brush painting, create haiku, and learn origami. Of course, there will also be time for classic summer favorites such as tie-dying, hikes, friendship bracelets, Gaga Ball, and water play on Birches' awesome campus!
