Applying For Tuition Support
Step One: Gather Tax Documentation
You will need to submit the following paperwork to School and Student Services:
copy of 2022 Federal Tax return and all applicable schedules
copy of 2022 W2(s)
copy of 2023 Federal Tax return and all applicable schedules (when complete)
copy of 2023 W2 (when available)
signed IRS form 4506-T (without the fee)
Step Two: Apply Online
To apply for tuition support, please visit School and Student Services (SSS). There, you will be prompted to complete the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS). The PFS should be completed online, and supporting documents (referenced in Step 1) can be uploaded directly through their website.
SSS will ask you to provide a school code for Birches. This code simply ensures we receive the contents of your financial aid application. Birches School code is 192607.
The deadline to apply for tuition support for the 2024-2025 school year is February 2, 2024.
Tuition Rates for 2024-2025
Pre-Kindergarten (half-day): $15, 260
Pre-Kindergarten (full day): $26,700
Kindergarten, Grade 1: $30,825
Grades 2, 3, 4, 5: $31,490
Grades 6, 7, 8: $32,050

Affording Birches
Birches School seeks an economically diverse community and we work to make a Birches education accessible to as many families as possible.
Tuition can be paid by your choice of payment plan:
two equal installments (August and January)
ten monthly installments from August through May
